You get common and uncommon recipes for starting crusaders for free, others are for example earned in missions. To craft any given piece of gear you need the corresponding recipe and enough materials.

Your relationship with Necromancer Kate is basically defined by you missing the point. In "Captain Ghostbeard's Greed", the Mimic and Gold Mimic appear, and in the "Cursed Treasure" objective, an animated chest follows the party. Chest Monster: The Treasure Box drops more gold than regular enemies. Brother–Sister Team: Nate and Natalie Dragon, their Double Dragon ability makes them far more effective when used together. Action Girl: Sasha the Fierce Warrior The Princess Natalie Dragon among others. 
The All-Solving Hammer: In this game, everything can be solved by killing more monsters, or directly the source of the party's discomfort.It has a Spiritual Sequel in Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, having a similar party formation mechanic. Crusaders Of The Lost Idols is an Idle Game by Codename Entertainment, which has a fair share of resource and party management features to diferentiate it from all the other ones out there.
